Jason began his career at Fifth Third Bank after earning his Bachelor's degree from Ohio University. After a decade as a developer, he transitioned to the staffing industry with Robert Half in 2007. At Robert Half, he was a multi-million-dollar award recipient and quickly ascended to various management roles. In
2020, he joined Korn Ferry as a Managing Consultant in the Technology practice group.
In his free time, Jason enjoys watching his two boys play sports throughout the year and cheering for his hometown Cincinnati Bengals. He cherishes time with his family and loves spending summer weekends with them at Lake Cumberland.
